MORE INFORMATION
Level l: for beginners and on-going students. This class explores the basic standing, seated, twisting, forward bending, and simple backbending poses as well as beginning inversions.
Level II: for students with yoga experience and able to begin work on full backbends, handstands, headstands and pranayama.
All poses can be modified for individual needs
